What is Neuthox?
Neuthox is a water-based solution of hypochlorous acid (HOCl), produced in our electrolysis units from just salt, water and electricity. HOCl is highly effective against bacteria, viruses and biofilm as it rapidly attacks and destroys essential components of microbes.
Due to its high efficiency, only low concentrations of HOCl are needed to disinfect water tanks and surfaces. The concentration is typically 500 parts per million (ppm), equivalent to 0.050%. The remaining content in Neuthox is water. The exact concentration varies depending on the product and application.
The result is an effective disinfectant liquid that remains mild and easy to handle.
