Danish Clean Water Products:
At Danish Clean Water, we produce disinfection generators and disinfection liquid, known as NEUTHOX, on a large scale for both private businesses and the public sector. Our products are used as a preventative measure to reduce the growth of Legionella and other bacteria and to destroy biofilm, which is a known habitat of bacteria.
Our aim is to reduce the spread of waterborne diseases, bacterial infections, and viruses by protecting water systems and piping against bacterial outbreaks.

Generators
Our efficient and economic generators are based on ECA-technology (electrochemical activation) and have been specifically designed to suit your industrial disinfection needs.
Our generators produce the disinfectant solution known as NEUTHOX on-site through an electrochemical process (the electrolysis of salt and water), during which hypochlorous acid is produced. As hypochlorous acid also occurs in the human immune system, it’s completely harmless and deemed safe to use as industrial disinfection.
NEUTHOX is:
- Highly efficient in the destruction of biofilm, germs, and bacteria in both hot and cold water systems
- Successfully destroys the above without harming humans, the environment or staff members
All systems and generators at DCW are fully automated, require minimum maintenance once connected, and are extremely economical. They can be installed almost anywhere, and both the installation and the operation of the system is very simple. With our generators, our overall objective is to contribute to health and security without harming the environment.

NEUTHOX
NEUTHOX is DCW’s in-house disinfectant produced by our unit using only simple, easily sourced salt, water, and electricity. The biocide is used to tackle Legionella, a bacterial disease that can develop in all water piping systems (if they’re not correctly maintained) and transfers to humans through inhalation of waterborne vapours during showering, humidification, or flushing systems.
NEUTHOX doesn’t just kill the Legionella bacteria, it also removes biofilm from existing piping systems over a period of time and thus destroys the breeding ground of Legionella to prevent future re-occurrence.
